Bookies are quite happy to take your money if they think you are a compulsive gambler who throws money at exotics. I bet with multiple books on the same market for that exact reason - to get around the limits. I have never had a problem with the limits, although, I am probably not a high enough roller for them to really care. I sometimes bet online, sometimes I physically go into the bookies here in Australia and place my bet. If worse comes to worse, there is always betfair.

This allows me to keep under their tracking software and still get my bets on.
