I've been sober for over a month. Taking 6 months off and doing a voluntary drug testing program to make sure I don't get a dui on my record. I got real sick with strep throat/tonsilitis and was in bed for like 10 days. It was easy to quit when I was already dying. Going to suck not being able to have a beer all football season.....

Long term? No idea. Last time I did it for any length of time, I did it just to see how easy it was. Pretty simple, it's all mind games.

i feel for you

when i was in rehab the alcoholics had it the worst, their withdrawal was worse then the opiate withdrawal.

not many people know this but u can die from alcohol withdrawal. guys seizing, foaming at mouth, shaking violently. going into convulsions. shit was not pretty.
