Everything is sore, almost the whole body, still, but I’ve been walking around like I spent the last night in the drunk tank with Big Bubba who kept telling me, with a gleam in his eye, that his name was Ben Dover.

The left side of my tailbone it’s definitely bruised.

Truth is I have metal down in my back at L5 – S1 and I thought I messed that up. I was so pissed when I first fell that I wasn’t even realizing how bad I was hurt at the bottom of the stairs, so I started punching the floor and anger because I was just mad I was hurt.

I got a couple of hand and wrist injuries too now.
