Alright, havent's posted the Fund plays today or yesterday, since I'm not really analyzing the market in the thread and have missed posting a bunch of them, and I'm not showing the backbone, I will probably not post them going forward. I will sya this, the Broader Fund is down, but past flattening out. Today it has TB and WAS. A profitable here does end up showing a market turn.
I am going to try to post more valuable information than one random market tracking Fund.

If one's aim is to make the President of the country look like he's demented to the rest of the world, with fake evidence, then yes of course it's unpatriotic.
When it comes to being a victim of misinformation and manipulation, I never hold it against the anyone, initially. But once they've been corrected and been shown where they have gone wrong, yet continue to spread the misinformation, it becomes a different issue altogether.
These are the problems, not innocent victims of misinformation simply because they lack critical thinking skills or trivial knowledge. It's the not so innocent "vicitms" that I lament.
The intentional misinfo spreaders, and those that really don't know better, but not because they haven't been told, but because they can't process something that isn't direct propaganda.

I am out of touch with the SBR political scene, apologies for assuming things or not considering your other posts where you make a more complete argument. I was speaking from own experiences with people and misinformation, not specifically SBR. That's a fair sentiment to have, at what point do we stop viewing these people as "innocent victims" and start holding them accountable and criticizing them for their continued propagation of misinformation. How does this affect the quality of SBR, that's a fair discussion. I have been trying to wrap around my head around how my family and others can believe such stupid shit and brainwashed that I haven't really reflected beyond that asking what role do "ordinary" people play in this problem. How do people process information in their brains? You are exposed to misinformation or "truth", does your brain accept it or reject it? Do more research to gain understanding? Where do you get your information from? I am suspect that the broken cognitive processes that lead people to believe misinformation in the first place will not be corrected by debunking singular instances of misinformation (or even multiple instances). You might be able to convince people that Biden actually put the medal on the right way, providing counter evidence to debunk that claim is the easy part. So much to break down here, but yeah, agree with all of it.

I don't believe there is a distinction between people who knowingly push misinformation and creators of the disinformaion or puppeteers. The key is knowingly.
As far as doing more research to gain understanding, it's a both very easy and very tough. These people must condider their sources. I've made more than one post lamenting the recurring sources of fake info. Those are easy to weed out. But also tough.
No matter how many pictures of the medal being properly are shown, those claiming it was an error will conitnue to claim it was an error.
Again, truth doesn't matter. It's all agenda based with the agenda being to tear down who ever is currently in power.
Nobody needs to change how anyone thinks, but mods should definitely make better use of the sub Forums available and move the trash misinformation threads to the appropriate places. That's really the only answer there.

I am very specifically talking about posters who knowingly lie and spread lies about an acting US President to the rest of the world for the sole purpose of making the President and the country look weak.
They edited a video to make Biden look lost on stage, then spread it with that caption. They blatantly lie about pinning a medal, even in the face of video evidence they post.
They even accused the President of wrongdoing when he injected oil from the strategic supply into the system by misrepresenting how oil prices are set in the international markets.
These are intentional acts to mispresent the US President on the world stage.
Just yesterday I watched talking heads on national TV say that because Biden misread a telemprompter he can't possibly be fit to serve as President in this term or the next. At least they didn't lie about misreading a telemprompter, or did they? Maybe it was input incorrectly and he read it correctly.
