what if the person calling it in was some mentally unstable, dangerous person who wasn't fit to watch over the child? if something negative happens to the caller or the kid because the phone operator instructed them to stick around, would the city be liable?

No. Not at all, there would be no liability there.

Notice in my post, I’m not suggesting she say he stay, but the way she was so nonchalant about it struck me as odd.

I suppose since she’s dealing with someone who called in to begin with, you would assume they’ll be conscientious, but I think Cashflow actually asked if they wanted (needed) him to stick around, which could be a red flag if you think about it.

It’s like what other alternative is there do you really need to ask?

The weekend grind is real. F man, it's only what, week 3 or 4 in NCAAF? Already worn out. It's been a very good start to the football season but man it's a lot of F'ing work.

Man, Was about 10AM my time until about 10:30 PM last saturday. I couldn't even stay awake for UCLA/FRESNO, which I've heard was an incredible game. Really wish I could have stayed up for it.

Cards on a treemendous run and it feels like the Contrarian Fund is chasing them for the loss, but what we're really seeing is the public trying to getin the Cards wins, maybe there's some FOMO.

As the Cards win, and build the winning stats, a they manage to garner public and forecast support, and it grows.

I'm getting Contrarian triggers because it's like a big stock that goes on a run, near the end of the run, mom and pop bettor (investor) starts to buy in, usually a little late.

I think we are seeing that here but that doesn't necessarily translate to a Cards loss, they are on a great run that could go on into the playoffs.
