Actually have a great idea for passive income

the liability issues are not as bad as I thought

Buying and renting 3 bounce houses out to dif events

looking to make a couple grand or two a month extra without much time being involved

looking for +EV ventures I can use some of my financial equity to accumulate

extra cash , (or get money back then decide if worth it )

this bounce house idea has worked for more than a few and are easier than thought to hook up

and actually pretty reliable +durable .

This is for passive income only , I have a full time commitment to another entity

basically go there, set it up , and boom

I’m contractually and liable sound for everything once they sign

even most damages to the bounce house .

ive built up relations doing what I do now for business, that want us to

do their parties and stuff for them....hell this could seamlessly fit into that same idea

Passive income, not really. Forget any conventional defintions of how minimal effort is needed, you should view passive income as income that you would get even if you were never there, or at the beach.

What you are describing is clearly another stream, because you are defintiely describing an active and necessary role in the bouncy house biz.

I say go for it, if you are going to do parties, you might as well lock down whole event.

scratch my balls and ask for a lemonade
leave and grab another steak
come back , pack up
make $400 for 2 hours work...while writing the gas and food off on taxes
I’ll def update on here how this plays out , pretty awesome
that you can get 3 years protection on most these bounce houses
essentially making it risk free on not getting your original $1,400 back
that each one cost you, especially since you wouldneed less than a handful of rentals to pay for the bouncy bouncies

Here's some analysis...

The contrarian markets could be in trouble here near term, but if we're lucky we stay sideways.

If we are crashing, we could see a -6 unit drop from this point (Fund is currrently +6.33 units with the CLE loss today) before the market even thinks about coming back. The alternative is we gain support here but with such classic head and shoulders and reverse head and shoulders it's hard to see anything but a crash.

If I didn't ball busting neuritis in 2 key spots, I'd just head to the beach and say fuk. After all, a penny saved is a penny earned.

Stock chart guys should, after all these examples of the years, start to wonder just what's being charted here. It's a shame I can't say directly, that sunlight is too bright, but I think some get it.
