Working out with him was great. First half of the workout was a workout, the next half was training...TKD, Krav Maga, etc.

Krav Maga comes from Israel. It's the Israel defense Forces and security forces fighting system.

We obviously trained with non lethal techniques, but it's basically a combination of moves that come from multiple disciplines, like karate, aikido, judo, boxing, wrestling, etc.

Before those lessons I was familiar with boxing, wrestling, and Taekwondo.

Good stuff. My son became a black belt this year.

But my teacher looks more like this guy....

Eagles , if you look at total yards and first downs
in games compared to their opponent have def stayed right with them. Its the turnover disparity that is fukking incredibly horrendous . Please don't turn the ball over
Make smart plays, don't get down double digits and rely on the decent duo of RBs in Sanders and Scott

Jalen Hurts has taken 31 snaps this season for Philly but has only thrown 2 passes. He practiced with the first team this week though.

He's the best chance at reigning in those turnovers.
