Well I look at it this way....

You knew it was a male before you knew of any suspects. Everything going on in the world wrong typically is someone late teens early 20's, with the whole gun issues going on easy to tie this to that. Guy doesn't have a house he ran away from home and feds already have been in his Brown apartment and computer.

Speaks of a single person using reloading powder, well nothing has been said of that.
