Black. But if I am making it from home I make what is known as a long black. It's where you fill up the mug mostly with hot water, then pour a double shot of espresso over the top of it. It's the same as an Americano except the order of the espresso and water. Basically it just tastes like a really good cup of coffee.

yeah I forgot to add that on occasion I like them tall Frapuchinos from Starbucks ...the cold stuff. For me a it's a good substitute for ice cream.
