        I was wondering that myself.

Western medicine has created an articial heart, use robotics for routine surgery, create and perfect artificial joints--- because of the advancements in surgical technique and rehabilitative medicine, many surgeries have become routine and performed on an "in/out" basis--including artificial knees, hips, laminectomies, spinal decompressions--- yet this guy had something that could not be cured.

He may be sitting on a nobel for medicine, but he isn't sharing either.

Many ways...I discovered that because of the way our body is shaped, we shouldn't do as many pushing exercises (bench press, pushups) and we should do more pulling exercises (lateral pull down, rows, etc). As a matter of fact, we should be doing a 3/1 ratio of pulling exercises (back and shoulders) to pushing exercises (chest, tris).

Warm- up your shoulder joints with rotator cuff exercises, labrum exercises, etc...
NEVER EVER DO BENCH PRESS- unless you hate your shoulder joints and you go into the gym to measure your penis (and max out, show off how big you are, impress the ladies) I'd rather preserve my joints...
NEVER EVER FULLY EXTEND YOUR ELBOWS ON ANY EXERCISE- unless you hate your elbow joints
Take a small weight and move your arm in a circular motion back and forth to warm up the joints

                STRETCH- STRENGTHEN (with light weights)

FOAM ROLLER IS YOUR BEST FRIEND- These things cost $20 and you use them for hours while watching tv...loosens up your muscles like NO OTHER!

EAT FRUITS AND VEGGIES- MEAT BLOCKS OXYGEN AND BLOOD FROM FLOWING IN...

It's not poison. However, the food that you most likely eat, the toothpaste you use and water you drink all have poison.

Doctors CAN CURE ANYTHING, if they were allowed to... Aids, cancer, ANYTHING...but they won't...have you ever seen that Chris Rock standup where he said "Doctors ain't never curing aids because there's no money in it. The money's in the medicine. They're still pissed about the $ they lost on polio." As cynical as that sounds, it's true. Doctors don't have the information to cure those, but it's easily curable. EVERY "medicine" we get from a doctor has a side effect. Cancer treatment KILLS both the good cells and the cancer cells.

My condition was the pilonidal cyst. Imagine a golf ball-sized pimple at the base of your tailbone digging into your spine like a needle... I had it drained. Then the doctor, after handing me a bill for $4k, said "Oh, by the way, we just drained it...it's gonna come back." At this moment, I knew I had been scammed. Sure enough 6 months later I saw another doctor.

This doctor actually had the balls to tell me, after I had already seen 2 doctors and one of them drained it (both KNEW IT WAS A PILONIDAL CYST) said he was unsure if it was a cyst. Yes, this was a doctor who couldn't confirm what I had ( he was supposedly an expert on minor surgery). I had the surgery, and guess what? It came back again 3 months later.

The doctor now acts as if it was supposed to come back again and insisted that "these things are tough." So I said, "so is it safe to say that the surgery was a failure, or better yet, that you failed as a surgeon to extract the ingrown hair that was supposedly deep inside my body." He looked at me like I was an a$$hole even though he put me through unnecessary pain and surgery.

Through nutrition, holistic healing, meditation, positive thinking, exercise, reiki, and daily draining, the cyst is basically a non-issue for me.

Let me know how many poisons are in marijuana....and compare them to how many poisons are in cigarettes? Or your food? How about alchohol? How about your water...have you ever done your own research? Or do you listen to the idiot box (tv), or the public fool system and believe everything they say?

visited a derma complaining about my thumb warts and bitch keep insisting that this wart is so hard to get rid of and needed a 10 visit in order to be taken off. I asked if freezing treatment is the same that i bought in pharmacy where it just worsened and just got my wart bigger, she said no. I insisted that i dont mind it having surgery because hand might not be covered on my work insurance but she just look like a bitch wanting my business. I tried garlic(read its a good anti-viral) as natural remedy for consecutivedays and peeled my wart of and it was gone for days but wart came back next day.

I wish you well doctor. Unfortunately, with your username and your tone, not only do I find it hard to believe that you "are" a doctor on a gambling website, but you did not even begin to address what you think is "bullshit." If you wish to challenge my honesty/integrity, then tell me what advice or story you find hard to believe. Unfortunately, your negative energy will not allow you to make a logical argument, so you can pretend to be a doctor, and if you are, give these people some advice better than mine. I hope one day you can let go of your attitude and contribute to humanity instead of poison our people with vaccines, unnecessary shots that keep our immune system weak, a lack of focus on exercise and nutrition, and a focus on selling us your BS that causes addiction.... as a "doctor," if that's what you are.

P.S. One of my doctors was overweight and stressed out, and the other one couldn't even identify my condition. The third one failed at surgery because my cyst came back.

i eat tons of vegitables, like 3-4 heads of lettuce a day. i take zoloft, it seems like the only thing that can stop anxiety. exercise seems to help a bit. i dont eat nearly as much meat as i did, although that means maybe 1 or 2 days a week with no meat. i'm going to try mediaton though thanks!

i got another question, what foods should i eat to lower blood sugar. i'm fat obviously and i am worried about diabetes on account of my grandparents having it. i try to eat vegitables, but then i read like bread and corn and carrots, peas all raise blood sugar i'm so confused by this because my doctor has said all those things are fine.

I appreciated your advice at the start of this thread. I now realize you have gone off the deep end. Instructing people to ignore their doctors is just dumb. I believe that western medicine isn't the end all, and that things like herbs, acupuncture, etc. can be helpful. But they have side effects to. I was going to an acupuncturist for migraines, and she suggested I take some herbal supplement, which is nearly banned in the US because it can cause kidney failure, among other things. Just cause it came from the earth doesn't make it good for you.

I smoke too, and it is relaxing, I have no idea how much harm its doing to my body, I doubt its a lot. But to say that it is overall beneficial to your health, that's a stretch in almost every case. What are you going to do if you get cancer, rub orange peels over your body and hope you are cured?

Through nutrition, holistic healing, meditation, positive thinking, exercise, reiki, and daily draining, the cyst is basically a non-issue for me.
With all the insults and accusations you're throwing at the medical profession, are you sure you using "positive thinking"?

Sounds like you're still sucking on a bitter pill.

I'm curious. For a patient with say, a 95% occluded right coronary vessel, what would you recommend?

Nope, it's not negativity...it's called seeing the truth. Sick people = profit. Obesity = profit....etc....

Obviously there are good doctors like there are good mechanics, but you have to know what's going on so you don't get ripped off, am I right? The same thing goes for your health. If you're obese, if you're sick, if you know NOTHING about nutrition (doctors don't know much about it either), they're going to suggest a "medicine" that they get commission on...so technically, doctors are salesmen.

Your son was operated on by a surgeon, am I right? That has nothing to do with "medicine." My mother had open heart surgery and her life was saved by surgery here on the "west." However, the pills that doctors recommend, the cancer treatment that they would likely not undergo themselves, the MRIs, the unnecessary anti-biotics, growth hormone in our food (milk), the fluoride in our toothpaste and water, that is all not healthy.

When choosing between the pec deck and the chest press, consider your goals. If you're short on time, the press is the way to go.

After reading several articles about how our posture is harmed by the way humans sit, I read several articles...I can't find the one I read 4 months ago, but sure enough, here are some that support the 3:1 pulling theory. I didn't do a study myself, but I stopped benchpressing, I started doing push-ups with my palms facing the center of my body, and guess what? It worked. The reason why it will work on most who lift weights is because most people neglect their shoulder muscles.

I don't know about all those questions you intentionally asked to confuse me, but guess what? If you, I, or anyone stretches and eats healthy instead of drinking soda, poisoning myself with aspertame, fluoride, and working myself like a slave 8 hours a day, I won't get osteoporosis! So I won't have to take pills that will cause more problems than they'll solve. And I likely won't get cancer because it will be neutralized by cancer-fighting fruits and vegetables. It's really not rocket science, regardless of how angry you want to be.

Surely I did...my rotator cuffs, labrum and whole shoulder feel stronger and more flexible...my range of motion has improved drastically, and I can touch my hands behind my back much easier

                                                            RICE

REST- Try not to use it
ICE- Ice the hell out of it...if your finger isn't really cold, it's not cold enough. 20 mins with the ice on, pressed hard, then 20 mins off, then repeat, make sure the ice STAYS COLD
COMPRESSION- wrap that thing up....don't let anything come into contact with it
ELEVATION- When you're sitting watching or laying down, keep it at the highest point so gravity will cause the blood to leave the swollen area....

I'd also recommend, trying to do some massaging for it...don't put yourself in pain...just slowly feel the tingling in your finger...remember, push yourself, don't shove yourself...Iwish you well...I appreciate the questions...

They are ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY in our food or drinks, and as a result they weaken our immune system so that WHEN WE DO NEED TO USE ANTI-BIOTICS, they are not as effective. As I said earlier, doctors can be like mechanics, but you have to find one you can trust...a family doctor or a friend of the family...don't just go with the first doctor you find. Feel the doctor's vibe and try to comprehend the way they're saying what they say and their body language, not just what they say.
