As a small youth I had cut a section of turkey off from the cooked slab. I pondered to myself what would this section of turkey taste like between two pieces of bread with some cut cheese slices and a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Who would have known 40 years later I would have revolutionized the food industry and made use of those many small brown paper bags.
