I'm a great beach volleyball player and play as much as I can in the summer with friends and I have been playing at a new place that has 5 perfect courts, lighting, nets... food beer all that stuff, playing in a league there on Monday nights then playing pickup games after till close. I have not run into anybody who plays the certain type of style that I play with, I always get comments on my great passing skill set and I am always told that I cam the fastest player on sand they have ever played with. The nicknames I have had over the years crack me up. the game is just FUN to play, you can play with just about anyone. It is a sport that is hard to perfect. You have to be always thinking and ready to move to counter what you see on the other side of the court... ready to back somebody else up or have their back to save a ball... and yes, my quick agility/acceleration/jumping skill-set is perfect for this sport.
People who don't respect the sport or think it wouldn't be fun to play just don't know whats up!Comment -
