I don't know about mar what ever go in Florida but the New York property supposedly there is two documents one for taxes that has a low value on it, and another one that was used to borrow money it, that has a high value on it

You do know that banks have their own appraisers? So when the bank sends them in to appraise Trump's properties, they alone make the decision at what rate they are willing to lend him the lend money at. Did you think that Trump just tells them its worth this much and they simply go along with it?

Imagine how that would work in insurance. You wreck your car and its a wright off. You go to your insurance company and you tell them your 1979 Ford Pinto was worth $100,000. They hand you a check immediately. Better yet, they give you cash! Boom that was easy. Maybe that could happen but probably they have appraisers who will determine the FMV of your car.

As far as the taxes goes, Trump has lawyers and accountants who do this for him. Isn't the tax code something like 60,000 pages?
