#37Its too much $$ not to be cheated....discussing small run scenarios like the few previous posts are what BOVADA LOVES....I mean come on ...were on a variance discussion rather than a ITS NOT LEGIT...discussion....Its not honest simple as that....Madoff payed off plenty of people too....Agreed. I used to track all of my play online and was up thousands at multiple sites until it all went to hell and the feds shut a lot of sites down. I can play a little.
At Bovada I see the most ridiculous beats. Obviously they happen; however, it's gotten to the point where I can literally predict what miracle card is going to hit.
Usually the same player will continually suck out on me until he has all my chips. I'm talking like three suckouts on all-ins in one tournament. That always shove with crap, go all in with gut shots, or hit runner runner to win. It's really ridiculous.
The worst part is that they don't even call or go in with any hand at all. Example, I have pocket aces and raise. Some a-hole re-raises. I shove. He calls me all in with ace 4. The flop comes 2, 3, 5 and he hits a straight....or which happens a lot....he has a heart in his hand and four hearts hit the board so he hits a flush. Regardless, I'll lose a hand like that way more than I should.
That example isn't even the worst type of beat either. People go all in after the flop with like mid pair a lot and some how pull it out by hitting runner runner all the time.
Definitely not random. I don't know how many times I raise with a pocket pair, hit trips on the flop, then some idiot goes all in with mid-pair when he has like queen 7 and pairs his 7 on the flop.
Idiot usually turns two pair on the turn, and then rivers a boat after making a horrible call pre-flop and shoving all-in dominated after seeing the flop.
Whenever someone does this to me the same guy always ends up sucking out on me again.Comment -

#42Just as people think sports are rigged you will get the same comments from people that play poker .... Swings are part of gambling and people don't understand bankroll management of minimal 20 buy ins to handle the swings of poker. If watched tons of poker interviews with the greatest online poker players and they go on swings of up to a million dollars but they keep there system going and they make all that back because they understand the nature of poker. These people think poker is a stock that only goes up lol.Comment -

#46There's a difference between cheating that the deck being rigged. Some people can't seem to grasp that idea. I'm not going to sit here and try to tell you that cheating doesn't exist, because it does. I've been on Bodog/Bovada a long, long time and probably have more hands on it than 99% of the posters on SBR. If the deck is rigged, it hasn't caught me yet.Last edited by daneblazer; 01-17-14, 04:26 PM.Comment -

#47Cheating has no part in poker and I don't play there. Everyone knows in sports things happen and occasionally shit is rigged(shaving, donaghy ect..)....its part of the game/life...but for an Online poker company doing what they want, when they want , anonymously, just does not sit well w me and I hate when people defend the poker client and suggest bad play/variance ect....its an arugment they will take ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK......the minute you discuss hand for hand scenarios---my whole point is already lost....there people citing a few beats/odd situations and suggesting rigged is laughable to all---be realComment -

#57For sure well saidMeh...paper, it's as simple as this: proving a RNG is rigged requires an amount of data which is beyond any normal human capacity to objectively assess it. The few times legitimate cheating attempts have been caught, it wasn't just because someone had a gut feeling or a few anecdotes; it was because they reviewed a ton of hand histories and concluded performances were statistically off. Trying to claim a RNG is rigged without any kind of sufficient evidence just lumps you in with the players who don't understand poker. As with so many other things, Occam's Razor applies hereComment -

#62It is clearly rigged, but...
I have PLAYED over 11 MILLION hands on BODOG/BOVADA poker and I can say WITHOUT A DOUBT the poker is RIGGED RIGGED RIGGED. You might as well LIGHT YOUR MONEY on fire if you try to play there.....WITHOUT accounting for the rig. IT IS POSSIBLE to win there if you follow five steps which I will reveal to you ONE AT A TIME in the FORUM. WITHOUT further delay allow me to share with you the FIRST of the FIVE tips to help you ACCUMULATE PROFIT effortlessly while OTHERS STRUGGLE against a game they CANNOT BEAT:
The first way you can account for the RIG is to realize that ONLY SHITTY HANDS WIN BIG POTS. How many TIMES have you had AA or KK and the next thing you know you are BUSTO after some chump beats you with a nine and a two !?!?!?!?! I think all of us understand that certain hands CRUSH these big pairs, and I've studied OVER 11 MILLION HANDS OF DATA to reveal the PATTERNS. The first OBVIOUS pattern shown in my data is the heart of tip number ONE : Play every unsuited 5 gapper that you can. These hands LOCK IN AGAINST BIG PAIRS. Hands like Ten five Offsuited win 94 percent in these situations according to the DATA! At first you will be AFRAID because this seems ILLOGICAL however it is a perfected METHOD from YEARS OF DATA that reveals the TRUTH BEHIND THE RIGGING. Your fear will soon turn to COLD HARD CASH as you profit from understanding what you are up against.
Stay tuned for tip #2 which will be coming soon.Comment -

Ah, yeeeeaaaah...
Listen, King Hamlet... if you're gonna troll least give us more entertaining shit than "OVER 11 MILLION HANDS"... capisce?
Be more creative and say sumpthin like "Calvin needs to steal the $ so he can blow more lines off Bodog Becky's ass" and stuff like that. Brainstorm. You can do better... TRY.
Lemme save the trouble... Tip #2 : Beware of doom switch after cashoutComment -

#69You should listen to Poster daneblazer who RECOGNIZES the value of empirical data....OVER 11 MILLION HANDS worth. It's hard to argue with what us experts refer to as a "large sample". Google "sample size" to familiarize yourself with the concept. My claims are NOT "tin hat foolery". They are backed up with 11 MILLION pieces of evidence. I do not know who this pavy character you speak of is, but I am sure he would agree that to BEAT a RIGGED game you better understand HOW TO ADJUST.
Tip number 2 coming tomorrow, stay tuned.Comment -
