Real pain in the ass for US. Net spend prepaid **** decent, can purchase at many local places and accepted at quite a few books. They do nickel and dime you with fees but they aren't bad. Also charge 3.5% on deposits made in foreign country and that will be most of them at books. So $1000 deposit will cost about $40 something. Also you will most likely need to fill out a form with the book. Advantage is once you have that card you can reload via your bank after some internet qualifications. My bank charged me $3 for a 1500 reload.
