I'm having problems with it. It's showing me losing everyone of my games.

It's not working at all for me tonight. I tried calling customer service. It tells me they're having trouble with audio, then I get a 'high call volume message', and after 2 minutes of hold, it disconnects my call. The same exact thing happened two different times I called, so the issue is with them.

Everything is screwed up over there.
