It wasn't an -EV bet. First of all, the implied probability that he stated was FOR +450. Hence, if the actual probability of the event occuring were 18.18%, it would be a 0EV proposition. Secondly, the closing line that was hypothesized was simply stated as +350 with no vigorish included - meaning that the implied probability of the closer could not be stated.Comment -

I actually do my research for the most part before I make bets. And if I don't I will bet minimally just for actions sake....never anything major that hurts my bankroll either way.

nysg, there is absolutely nothing "know it all" about anything me, nicky or mf has said(or justins videos)... here is the problem with you kids at this place... guys, who are much better at making money, are trying to help you and the rest of the board and all you want to do is argue with them and the rock solid math that is right in front of your face... you are going to go absolutely nowhere besides making gambling a risky hobby if you continue to ignore line moves, closers and rely on your "knowledge" of the sport and the teams... you are no different than the other 100% of the gamblers before you who thought they knew more than the books... hey, im guilty of making a few gut bets here and there during college hoops season...i admit it, but my ultimate goal is to beat the closer and nobody does that all the time... but all we are trying to do is help... you are doing nothing more than feeding horrible advice to already struggling gamblers...who is the bad guy here?
