Ray Allen ... HOF jersey ???
OK, for the sake of this debate let's say he plays 2 maybe 3 years in Mia and wins 1 championship.

    7 seasons in Milwaukee ... 0 rings

    5 seasons in Seattle ... 0 rings

    5 seasons in Bos ... 1 ring

    2/3 seasons in Mia ... 1 ring

He is a true example of the average pro athlete today (Mercenary). Whose jersey does he don for the HOF? Who makes this decision? I'm guessing the Celtics have no interest.

    Back later. Thoughts?

LOCK! Allen is a 1st ballot HOF! It will be a HEAT jersey! He will win 3 more rings with the heat..

3 rings likely kills the debate and it's Mia jersey. How about if it's 1 ring. Those ankles got a lot of wear on them and further injuries not unlikely.

Seeing as a decent part of his decision was driven by personality conflict with Rondo, and he won a ring with them already, it's not really a case of him jumping ship to chase a championship. He just wants to keep playing and Boston was unappealing for him to re-sign.

Right now, he should go in as a Celtic, and leave the hypothetical future championships out of it.

not sure. He should make the hall of fame. It will be closer than people think though. It's very hard to make the nba hall of fame.

I say he should go with a seattle jersey because those were his most dominant years

I'll hope he chooses the Bucks.

                            (I await your points Mike)

Seriously though, I think Milwaukee is the jersey he should wear.

Presuming he's in, does anyone know WHO makes the decision. Stern's got his thumb on everything?
