So I won a prize from the Total Rewards Promo currently going on. I got 35 options to pick my prize but narrowed it down to these. Help me decide with explanation why and I'll throw some points at ya if I go with that one.

Personally leaning #3 since it is the premier players card in Vegas and gets you comped rooms across the nation with 48 hour notice, a cruise, and a $500 birthday dinner. Leaning #5 also because 3k in gift cards is awesome and won't require me to spend money out of my pocket like all the other deals. Let me know what you guys would do...

#3 will get you the most bang over the course of a year if you frequent Caesars properties. 7 Stars get treated like royalty at all of their properties. I know of the contest you won and the 7 Star prize is the jewel. You will get invited to a shitload of special events and if you already gamble a bit you will get invites to shopping events at high end retailers where you get minimum $500 to spend in Forum Shops and free play promos that far exceed 3k worth of gift cards from option # 5. Caesars stopped giving free show tickets to Diamonds recently so unless you are 7 Star you will pay with cash or comps to see shows. I have some close friends in management at Caesars properties and they would tell you the 7Star choice is the move. You get 20 or 25% off at most stores and hosts will give you more. As a person in senior management in the industry I would advise my family and friends to take the 7Star offer.

If you had taken the 7Star one and play fairly often a host would've gotten you the same package for New Orleans. 7Star to Caesars get whatever they want. I've seen their service standard guidelines and comp policies.

I go to vegas often so having the benefits would be nice. Not to mention it still comes with a trip to Vegas or AC this year for the 7 Star annual event.

#5 is cool also because I can get a bunch of stuff that I would hate to buy but really need. 3k is 3k. Planned on moving into a new place later this year and this will cover a lot of shit I would need to buy.

Get a good host in Vegas and start asking for airfare reimbursement. They do it for 7Stars. The host will also usually get you a few free play vouchers each trip based on your play. The shopping events go on multiple times per month and you can hook up your new place with stuff from Sears, Best Buy etc...through them. If you can get an invite to the watch event you get a Rolex just for showing up and can play up to get a more expensive one. Let me know what properties you play at in Vegas and I can ask who the best hosts are.

For sure man! Sounds like a blast. I prefer PH over any other Caesars Property. Never stayed at CP though. I'm just worried even though I'll be 7 Stars, I'll be treated less since I didn't earn it gambling wise. Currently Platinum with them.

stuntin, congrats buddy!!!!!!!!!! Whatever you would've picked would be fun but Grits knows his stuff so if he's telling you the value is there, you made the right choice. As a chick, part of me would've loved the 3k in gift cards for our new place. BUT... the bigger part of me would rather you be having a blast with a once in a lifetime gift! And no, I don't think they'll treat you differently. Grits wouldn't recommend it if there was the possibility. Maybe take your girl along once in awhile on your 7star trips or at least bring her home some high end goodies with your discount that she wouldn't buy for herself. I'd push my man out the door to Vegas every 2nd weekend for the peace and quiet. Knowing that he would sometimes come home with a gift for me that's not a washing machine, blender, rug, etc for our new place is just a massive bonus. Again, congrats!

Best hosts at PH are Gretchen and Michelle. 7Star is 7Star. Caesars properties put a lot into keeping them happy. You can earn points with them now through that marketplace and ther TR **** so you should be able to qualify for Diamond the following year at the minimum if you utilize them. Your wife/girl will appreciate the Gucci/Fendi bags she'll get with the shopping event invites. If you can gamble your way to a $750 ADT the host will hook you up. Next time you go seek out a host and tell them what you want. Worst thing they can say is no or explain what you need to do for them to make it happen.

Shari- Caesars equates 1 7Star to be worth more than 200 Gold players. They train employees to provide differentiated service based on tier.

The only problem for me is that I heard that the 7 Star prize might not be available to Canadians.

Also, you don't get all the perks of 7 Stars. You only get one of their quartely trips and some of that card benefits like line bypass and diamond lounges. Since it doesn't affect your ADT, there is no guarantee that the comped rooms will be any better than current Diamond/Platinum status'. Also, the cruise is not part of the 7 Star prize either.

Once they call me I will ask the questions to verify that all perks of a 7 Star member are given for this prize. If so, I would certainly opt for that prize.

Grits knows what he's talking about... but I would think that you wouldn't get all the perks of a typical 7star, and it's only for a year so you're gonna have to make use of it by going often.

The $3000 prize sounds much better. Get a brand new TV, computer, and couch (or whatever you need) that will last 5 years or more. But that's just me because I need new shit.

Ask a host you should be able to get a lot more with that stats. Free air fare everything you eat too should be comped.
