I believe Roxxyfish was saying that he was picking the SA Silver Stars +7.5 to win over Connecticut for 1 unit.

The over is a bet on the total amount of points scored in the game. If he was telling us he was favoring the over in this game, he would say SA Silver Stars/Connecticut Over 157.

+7.5 Connecticut means that Connecticut cannot LOSE by more than 7.5 points.....or else you lose the bet.

its really easy, you just need to read buddy, i am on San Antonio and the +7.5 you need to add to their total at the end of the game,i am pretty sure you bet the other way Connecticut - 7.5 means you have to reduce their total the end
