    Boston --- Puppy fund!
So, I was just sitting here minding my own business and decided that I should throw $200 on Boston ML (+110).

I am getting a puppy on Saturday. Adoption fee is $160. I ordered $50 worth of stuff on Amazon today (bowls, treats, leash, etc.).

So, basically if Boston wins my initial fees on the puppy will be paid for. I feel like this is good karma on my behalf, because I'm rescuing a dog from a shelter and that Boston will win for that reason and that reason alone.

If you love puppies, tail me.
If you're like Michael Vick and/or DirecTV, fade me.

...or you could have just spent the $200 on the puppy.

And you're not rescuing a dog, you aren't jumping into a raging river or burning building, you're going down to the pound to get a free dog.

Grown up w/ dogs and cats most my life. We've never adopted a puppy, only dogs that were 2+ years old.

It'll be a lot of work, but all good. I work from home and have a ton of flexibility.

              A free dog wouldn't cost $160.

Thanks for the positive response. I really appreciate your contribution to this thread.

he 100% rescuing a dog. it might not be in dramatic fashion...but animals that dont get adopted get euthanized.

Besides, these shelters kill dogs that stay there too long so, when he said he saved it, that was accurate.
