haha I was just playing dude... Sounds like it could be something serious so don't fukk around! Make some life changes. Get active, eat clean, drink water non-stop, and get into something proactive like yoga or meditation...

You'd hate to look back on your death bed and realize these simple steps could have helped you live longer.

If they thought it was that I would be in the ER right now, so that appears to not be it and I am on blood thinners already until June for the previous clot

Dj, no biggie. Unfortunately this was an injury that I got at work years ago and never claimed. Had nothing to do from bad living, that would be an easy fix.

We will just have to see...

Surgerys already been done, either the titanium rods have come a little loose, bone has cracked a little or muscle is pushing nerves.

I should take a pic of the xray from Feb, I have a copy its bad ass

No surgery needed!!! It's all muscle issues from the surgery and the type of work I do hasn't allowed the muscles to heal properly so I am getting spasms which are putting pressure on my spinal cord. Easy fix, physical therapy.

I had the same surgery on my c-5 c-6 and c-7. Shit ain't nothing nice.

Every few months I start to get a pain in my neck, my arm starts to hurt and get weak feeling, and I start to panic that it's gonna get bad again, but it always goes away a week or so later.
