Thanks for the weather update! Warrior did you see mendoza's last start? Watching it now... In his first start his fastball was straight. Against toronto he was throwing a nice 2 seamer with good location. I understand the line move on the under now.

His sinker has been up and very hittable lately. Read this. the Indians beat him up on april 15th.

Mendoza is like a right handed Jonathan Sanchez except not only does he walk a shitload of guys he gives up a ton of hits too.

I don't see any reason to play the total here. Major gamble. Just pay the juice and slam the Injuns. And have fun watching Mendoza heave the ball in there and pray it gets hit hard right at someone.

The Indians gaped him badly on April 15th. He couldnt sit down for a week. 14 baserunners in 4 innings.

If the ground balls find holes it will be a short day for him. Toronto didn't exactly crush balls into gaps. They just strung a bunch of bleeders through some holes. I don't think the Tribe have that kind of patience at the dish especially for a morning game. I see Tomlin going 6 and giving up 3. If Mendoza is getting ground balls like I think he will his outing won't be worse than Tomlins. Coin flip game.

What makes it not a coin flip game is the intangibles... Indians being a decent team, and the Royals the worst in MLB.

And that's just where we disagree. I think the Royals lefties will have some success against Tomlin tomorrow. I think they are a better team than they have shown. I guess we will find out tomorrow.

The only thing I can say is:

Hitting Is contagious & the Red Sox are swinging the bat real well now.

33 Runs Scored & 57 Hits In Their Last 4 Games.

I have a question: if the Royals are the "worst in MLB" thanks to a small sample size, does that mean you're the "worst MLB capper on this site"? Because using your logic, the answer would unequivocally be yes.

5th inning is where Mendoza tripped up last time. Lets see if he can make the hurdle this time

Just a great example of how box scores lie to you. I watched both of their last starts and they had completely different stats that weren't indicative of the way they pitched.
