I can say though that if the city ever decides to get a real city council good things could happen. The council is ran by ignorant retards..just youtube Detroit city council and you will see.

Thanks for the reply. I'm sure that Comerica is beautiful but it's a shame that a piece of history in the old stadium couldn't be preserved in the form of an exhibit or something. People could be charged a few dollars and the city could put the money to the needs of the citizens of Detroit or just a cleanup project

It would have cost millions upon millions to restore it. Google for pictures of what it looked like just before demolition. It is tragic.
