still probably a lottery guy though...just off "potential"....but ill take a kid like meyers leonard over him anyday(i know leonard is a center and jones is a pf...but still)

there is no question the guys stock has dropped.....and the guy disappears way too much....hes doesnt have a killer instinct and does nothing to protect the rim......watch him over the course of the year.....the guy is the headliner....the most talented...but hes not the heart of his team

lets put it this way....jones was pretty much 1-3 on most boards going into the season....

the guy has a better shot and is probably more athletic than anthony davis......yet davis is 1 on everyones board right now and it isnt even close......jones has slid down to 9 at draftexpress.com.....a site that had him at 1 at one point....theres a reason for it...didnt just happen for nothing

jones was in the top 3 on those sites before he played a game at baylor and it never really made sense. i think the main reason he is slipping though is these other players have gotten more exposure. wouldn't be surprised if both he and davis go top 5 and are never heard from again IMO this draft isn't the monster they are hyping it to be.

i think you have to blame a lot on Drew and his team full of low iq ball players that for the most part never consistently took adv of their size...as mentioned nba a different gm and guys with his skill set tend to do well, sure he may have dropped some but if that is the case the team drafting him lower will more than likely be thirlled for yrs to come..

still honestly believe has a lot to do with coaching and overall team (soft mentality overall)... def needs to get in the gym and add some muscle..not saying he gonna be a superstar but with right situation and work ethic (no idea if he has that or not) he should be a above avg starter in the nba..
