    Thoughts about Sports Interaction
I am new to the sports betting world and recently opened up a Sports Interaction account. I deposited $200 about 3 weeks ago. After hitting a parlay worth over $1000, I chose to withdraw $200 (via neteller). I have yet to see the money credited to my neteller account and have contacted them several times. Their response was to be patient. Today (two weeks later) I decided to try another withdraw ($400) to see if I would get any more luck (a confirmation email, anything).
I am a seasoned online poker player, and the longest I have ever had to wait for a neteller credit (even ones involving much more money) is two days.
Is this normal? Should I be worried? Does anybody have any suggestions? Should I just remain patient?

I've actually been somewhat amazed by SIA's recent rise with regards to ratings of late, as in the last few months. Perhaps things have turned around, but this book by far "treated" me to the worst experience(s) I have ever had in my wagering career, for lack of a better term. 3 years ago I sent them a certified check to deposit into my account, (had no idea about Neteller and such), and it took 67 days for them to credit it. That is no exageration. Meanwhile, I had contacted my bank, cancelling what I thought was a lost check, etc., etc. Anyway, it only got worse from that point on. Suffice to say that SIA could get themselves an upgrade to A++, the upper echelon of the platinum elite, and I wouldn't deposit a nickel into that place. I realize they have fantastic dog lines, but what does it matter come payout time when they have a bevy of excuses lined up and rarin' to go? You'll no doubt get your funds, but I consider it medical pay to cover the stress, time and uncertainty of dealing with these clowns. Who needs that?...Did I mention that I despise SIA?

“SIA has always been slow when it comes to payouts via NT.”

My impression has been just the opposite. I recommend always using Neteller with SIA, because they seem far more often to screw up transactions with bank wires, checks, etc. and then it takes them forever to straighten things out and get you your money.

I’ve done dozens of Neteller deposits and dozens of Neteller withdrawals over the years with SIA. 100% of the deposits were processed instantaneously; 100% of the withdrawals were in my Neteller account upon my first log in the next morning (or Monday morning if put in over the weekend). This has pretty much been the experience of everyone I’ve talked to who plays at SIA and uses Neteller.

As far as the original post, surely there is “more to the story.” What reasons have they offered for the delay, even if you regard them as bogus? What have they said beyond “Be patient”? Are they claiming you deposited in a way that hasn’t cleared yet, that there’s some question about whether you’ve met a rollover, that you bet a line they now say was put up erroneously, or what?

“I decided to try another deposit ($400) to see if I would get any more luck (a confirmation email, anything).”

What does this even mean? You’re trying to withdraw money from them, so you made a deposit instead? (And for twice your original deposit, so not some token amount just to test something or other.)

They are basically a shit book...you get paid, but thats it -
be prepared for getting the runaround.
Scalpers etc. like them for their lines, but the limits (when i played there) were $220, dunno if thats still the case.
A book i can live without.

                      ?????

When I used them they always paid within 24 hours by NETeller. And that hasn't changed.

There is no more to the story, I deposited using neteller, I did not see a credit after a few days, so I sent them a message using their contact customer service via their webpage. They replied and told me to remain patient. I can send you their email if you do not believe me. I made the withdrawal may 19 to be more specific.

As for me typing I decided to -deposit-. I meant to type I decided to withdraw. Just a typo, I certainly would not deposit more money there at this moment.

Update: After checking my email they sent me an email this morning (May 30) saying that they need for me to verify my identity.

This could mean I'll be credited shortly, or this could be the begining of them dragging this out.

I'll let you guys know when I know.

I have used them regularly...in fact, them and pinnacle are my main books. Not only was I not getting slowed paid but payments were processed in literally a few hours. I would withdraw 9:00 AM or so and it would be in my account well before 5:00 that night....

I've made several deposits and withdrawals over the years and never an issue. I highly recommend Neteller....it seems to be the easiest but SwiftPay is equally as effective but a 7 day clearing period....

I also got a nice free SIA ball cap for being a loyal customer....if you are having problems tell them buddybear is on your side...they all know who i am there and it will get taken care of immediately.

$1100 limits....great underdog lines nearly a point or two from the regular market price....great underdog money lines, strong customer service.

It's not an A book...but it's a great book to have in your protfolio.

Thanks for keeping us posted Buchdogg. SIA Mgt. reviewed the thread. Although they did not have your account ID, this was part of the response:

Sports Interaction does put many Neteller withdrawals on temporary hold or review. This is normally due to a customer registration requirement. The registration can be done very quickly by us if the customer submits the requested required information in a timely manner, either by email or fax.

It is, of course, in our best interest to process all customer withdrawals as quickly as possible in order to maintain our good reputation of painless fast payouts.

If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

As well, if you would like to contact the SBR original poster on our behalf to put him in contact with us, it would be our pleasure to sort it out for him.

Iv'e asked SIA if they could explain what they hope to accomplish auditing a Neteller payout since fraud control is part of what the merchant gets for the buck. Players can expect to provide ID at some point but in this case it as days before it was requested. Regardless, its's clear SIA still needs to improve its communication with clients.
