The Cubs sucking is not news, but 42 games against teams who are all contenders for playoff baseball is a little strange. Never seen it to start a season. The league could have thrown in some Pirates or Astros to cut them a break.

Our pitching could surprise, Malohlm and Wood could be surprises, but with this start to the season, we'll be facing an uphill battle. At least the schedule can't get harder going forward.
