There is freedom here, I just don't see any connection with what you posted about US freedoms.

for example in Europe we have:

Minnesota Wild - Columbus Blue Jackets 2,00 4,00 3,20

if we put 10$ on Minnesota and Minnesota win we have 2,00 X 10$ = 20$ in the pocket
so simple, but can't get it your way mate, seems to me very complicated, thats all

+200 means you get 200 if you bet 100 (keep your 100 and get paid 200). +150 you get 150 if you bet 100. +100 you get 100 if you bet 100.
-200 means you bet 200 to get 100. If you lose, you lose your 200. if you win a -200 bet you keep your 200 and get 100 for the bet.
