    Help me out here. Why does the share price change? It would make sense to change the share price if shares were purchased based on sale of existing shares (based on tonight's results, the total assets would have decreased), but these are new shares and simply act to increase the total asset. Why should someone coming in day two get a discount? They aren't suffering any losses. Am I missing something?

    unfortunately it was a losing day, so they are buying a bigger percentage of the "company" with their 10 points than you did. if it was a winning day, they would be paying more per share.
