Where to find Female Poker Dealers for a local game?

My friends and I host poker games on the regular. We wanted to change it up and hire a local dealer to come by and deal for us. What should the on going rate be? We were thinking 25/hour + tips (pretty much every hand).

Just tips with a guarantee of 25/hr. Maybe minimum hour guarantee too. Include food & drink if you're having it as well.

I think he means she'll get $25/hour + tips that are given to her. This means she'll probably be near $45+/hour

this could give the gays playing the advantage though. maybe get a chip n dale dancer instead to give you the advantage.
