worst duke team in years IMO. probably since they lost to vcu in the ncaa tournament. acc down this season only 3 tough games left @fsu and 2 against unc. they will prob still be in the top 10 by the end of the year.

It is easy to do well in the tournament when Duke never has to leave the state of North Carolina.

It should be against the rules for them to continue putting brackets in North Carolina. At least make Duke go on the road and earn it. They almost never win big tournament games outside of North Carolina.

see this is what im saying the ACC IS ALWAYS DOWN. Wait until they play Syracuse and Pitt twice a season...

Fukk me, it makes me sick thinking that those teams are leaving the big east, they really dropped the ball on that one...

big east didnt do anything in the ncaas last year except for uconn. uconn was 9th in the conference during the season and got hot at the right time. in fact only 2 sweet 16 teams and they both beat big east teams in the round of 32 to get there. it seems like theres no great teams or conferences and we are headed for another crapshoot. acc is definitely way down this season though, no doubt about that.

Let me help you out.

Jacksonville, FL
Houston, TX (played Baylor in the Regional Finals)
Indianapolis, IN (played Butler for the Championship. Butler is 6.5 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium.)

Out of the (4) National Titles Duke has won, they've played a total of 24 games.

(2) of those were in Greensboro. I wouldn't exactly call beating a (16) Monmouth and a (9) Missouri in 2001 'big tournament games'.

Also, when Duke plays in Charlotte or Greensboro in the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament, there are a lot more Tar Heel fans with tickets to those games than Duke fans.
