In Vegas it is -7.5 to -8.5 which tells me offshore is inflating the line for some reason...........

So if Arkansas is the play and the books know that, why not just make it 10 and get it over with? I would think that if the books wanted to even out the action, they'd make K-State +10 from an attraction standpoint.
