Going 0-5 in sports betting

Went 0-5 tonight and can't even fathom why or how i made the picks.

How do you guys deal with doing 0 for??? I know i will come back but 0-5 is just excruciating to someone who hits 54% multi sport

if you have faith in your methodology (sounds like you don't if you don't know why you bet them?) you just carry on in the knowledge that it will be okay in the long run and that losing streaks are to be expected.
