The DSI client is really only for poker. You can access their sportsbook through it but it is really nothing more than a built in web browser. It is technically not a standalone client for that aspect.

There is a chance of they may limit you. They don't like some kinds of players. But likely you'll have full limits for a long time period. Fonbet is a reliable book in Russia.
