5-10 about 195 now. Size really doesnt matter anyway. When I was inside I was about 180. But basically like everyone else all you did was eat. play cards and work out, either lift weights or do push ups and sit ups. Obviously dont do that as much on the outside. And I have been out almost 15 years now. But I am still plenty active, and being a 'rich' guy can afford to have a gym membership and actually have the time to utilize it.
I was a runner back in the old days. Then moved on to triathlons after that. But I was running sub 36 min 10K road race last summer at 42 so still in decent shape. If I could slim down to 165 or so again I would probably break 35.
But that. more than anything is what fighting is all about, even street fighting/brawling . Let a guy get all winded and panting trying to get you down or catch you then basically kick the shit out of them when they cant breath.
Most guys on the forums couldnt move without stopping for more than 30 seconds I wouldnt imagine. The 'in shape' guys might get (I had to interrupt that train of thought to look at the raccoon on the front porch, and give it some of the wife's cornbread.) ok back... might get a minute or so before they were puking. And being in relatively decent shape isnt the same as being in 'fighting' shape. Like I said on the inside guys were basically animals who were pumped up and lived to get stacked, but get them in a tussle with someone with some moves they were beached whales. Even muscles dont mean much if you cant move them.
I wont post any pictures, but I will say I was on an episode of Storage Wars the other night and they put me in, even though I never signed a release. Enough forum guys have met me at parties and bashes and random books to know what I look like anyway. Like I said forum stalkers dont have alot else to do to keep themselves occupied.Comment
