there's no history i just made an acct right now and before funding it i told them to cancel the casino..thats it..i dont need that fixed trash on my acct..it was a very simple thing to ask for...if they would have been asking me for id and stuff when it came time to take a withdrawal sure i guess thats ok..but this is ridiculous.

i wasnt trying to close the acct..i just opened it and i was gonna deposit with my cc..i dont want the casino crap cause it wouldnt surprise me if i came home a lil tipsy and threw away a fortune on it..thats the reckless nonsense im capable of so i always have the casino deactivated at any place i play at...so who knows when i would get around to sending them a letter and alll that crap, chances are i would never get around to it..so i dont want an acct there..place seems like a headache to deal with if thats how they will treat a new player from the get go

I have closed casinos on many of my accounts, and have never had to jump through any hoops. I wouldn't call it a CS disaster, but it certainly is an unnecessary hoop to jump through.

Well not agreeing with the book, the process is dumb. But they follow it. So it is what it is. I hate the whole must send in a ID and this and that to withdrawal when they take the cash on depo without any verification. But you have to do it when you went to play.

If the book Customer service rubs you the wrong way or makes you feel not comfortable, then take your business else where.
