McQueary won't be at Nebraska game
Due to multiple threats against him

Penn State: "The University has decided it would be in the best interest of all for McQueary not to be in attendance at Saturday's Nebraska game."

          Well, the threats are legitimate.

It may be CONVENIENT for PSU management, but that doesn't make it any less dangerous for him to show his face in certain situations for a long while.

They can't fire him, or they will have another lawsuit on their hands. He was a witness in front of a grand jury, and if he's fired he can file for many reasons under workers rights laws. He would of already been gone if they knew they could, but like it or not, McQueary didn't break any law in this situation....maybe a moral law, but not a legal one.

GTFO. Paterno was a grand jury witness too and was fired. You don't not have to break a law to get fired from your job at least not in America. It isn't about McQueary suing PennSt but apparently there is some reason why they are keeping him around. I will not be shocked if this story gets much, much worse.

The difference is McQueary is the prosecution's No. 1 witness....he visually saw Sandusky assaulting a child....he alone takes him down....Paterno can't do squat. There is a reason they're keeping him around....he broke no laws...and he can probably dish some serious dirt on who else is involved at the school.

If doesn't matter diddly squat if he is the prosecution's key witness. You stated he can't be fired due to worker's rights laws because he didn't actually break any laws. That is absurd.

PennSt is keeping him around for some reason but it isn't because they can not legally fire him. How do some of you people make it though the day?
