FIU should cover this easily, the line is low because of Troy's past reputation. This Troy team is not good, UL- Monroe just bitch-slapped them by 28 at Troy 2 weeks ago and FIU put up 52 on them last year on the road.

I'd say the main reason that Vegas wins overall is because they crush the public on Tuesday college football games where nobody knows much about the teams but they make sizable bets anyway.
