Im sorry, but I really like the number Syracuse is getting here. The Orange have struggled, there's no question about it, but have grinded out a 4-2 record to date. Nationally televised game, in the loud carrier dome might not be the easiest thing for the Mountain Men to deal with. Theyve been impressive at times, but very unimpressive times (trailed at the half against Norfolk St.) West Virginia hasn't beaten anyone of note. UConn is on a downyear, Marshall is Marshall, Maryland has been horrendous.

WVU has only played away from Morgantown once, and barely beat a bad Maryland team. Why not take Syracuse getting +14.5????

Syracuse should be 3-3? stole a win from TOLEDO. National Televised game edge would go to WVU? They've played BIGGER GAMES. WVU hasn't beat anyone? WHO HAS SYRACUSE BEAT? uhhhhh well Wake in week 1 and who again?

Your reasoning for taking syracuse has nothing to do with football matchups but with bs that has nothing to do with the game.

Now for syracuse to win this game its going to have to be done like last year with DEFENSE! Which they havent done vs anybody, 27pts per game 371 games in total offense. Orange offense is just as bad nothing special. Naslib or however you spell it has been good though and will have to have a big game.

Overall thing here is do you really think Syracuse can go score for score with one of the better offenses in the nation? I'm thinking Geno goes off against these guys.

louisville then wvu. syracuse has to be one of the worst 4-2 teams i ever saw and r giving up loads of passing yardage every game. assuming syracuse gets crushed, i think a wvu game finally goes under as well.

louisville is playing much better in past weeks. not really a believer in this rutgers team either. would go with the home side in this one.

Syracuse doesnt have to go score for score with WVU....remember they are getting 14.5 points!
WVU defense is a bit soft, and Nassib and Bailey should be able to exploit them at times tonight. I can see Syracuse scoring 3 TD's......and Im hoping the Orange defense can be somewhat bothersome, and hold Geno in check from having a 400 yard firework show.

im giving up 13.5, 21 is a lucky night for cuse their offense is inconsistent, WVU is going to light up cuse they put up 21 on LSU only other team to do that was Oregon..

I hear what your saying as well. WVU is completely unproven at this point, as there only good opponent was LSU, who absolutely manhandled them in every aspect. I'll side with +14.5 every day in this spot.

I have watched every Rutgers game. They are legit. While it is our true freshmans first start on the road, he played at Don Bosco and is very familiar with big games.

Rutgers is also starting the same o-line as they did last game and actually had a 100 yard rusher. Look for a more cohesive line this week.
