i agree with both of these; if it wasnt for this crazy line then i would take a chance and trust usc here- however: this and ats probably loses on some funnybusiness/ fluke at the end of the game.

USC has played horrible at times this year. But I like them as a focused under dog. They are not used to being 9 point dogs. I think they are a live dog here.

shoulda, coulda, woulda..................they are 4-2 and have no shot at a BCS game ........yet again (and considering the Irish are 0-3 in BCS games .....being outscored by a combined 73 points in those three games it's probably a blessing).

It's the four consecutive games verse: Navy, Wake Forest, Maryland and B.C. that'll hurt (the computer rankings). But, assuming that N.D. runs through that schedule it'll come down to Stanford. If the Irish can get a W at Stanford..........they're in.

The limits reflect how many guys are playing these specials. We have a number in mind that we can live with. Plus, just under 90% of the bets on these specials are below 350 so that's our reasoning to go with 350.

S.C. fan born and raised. I like N.D. in this spot. The should be able to pass all night long on the USC secondary. I won't bet $ on this game and will root for the upset. Still the devil in me couldn't pass up the short number and I'm risking some points.

I agree with you - they will need to be focused upon trying to imposing themselves early, but I'm not convinced over 4Qs they can cover the ND-6½ gift you bestowed upon us. I do however think they might cover the 10 pts which I believe the line will be tomorrow morning, thus I shall pay a visit to mex or thad and lump onto USC at 10.5-11.5 and collect from both of you

Can you promise to name and shame if someone bets the USC+6½ other side of the special line at evens?
