We saw how hard it was to win at florida, old Urban went in there and did more in his short stay than the ball coach has done his entire career.

Every year is going to be THE year at SC, and its the same stuff time and time again. That team sucks, anyone with a decent run game will expose those losers. MSU is BAD, really bad and SC got very lucky to get out of there with a W.

Time for the old man to play gold year round and hang up the visor. The game has passed him by.

That game was fixed pal. Don't blame Spurrier. It was fixed like the Hawaii game last night. Spurrier flew to Vegas earlier this week with the team captains.

      I take you had -3.

His job is to win games not cover square bets.

As a Gator fan, I must disagree with your opening statement. Spurrier owned the SEC in his tenure as UF's coach. Appreciated his effort as a player and coach for UF

OP is a moron. I'm in SC and some of his antics and playcallng are annoying but I'd like the Gamecocks to never return to where they were before OBC arrived.

No respect around here. People can't pick winning bets and take it out on the coach. He WON the game.... that's his job. What's your job? In the words of Floyd Mayweather Jr "Worry about your situation..cause I'm good"... Spurrier is very successful... how bout you go head and worry about your situation.

I thinkSpurrier is a great coach but it was Lou Holtz that made that brought that program out of the dead. They went 1-10 before Lou got there. His first year was 0-11 then his 2nd year, 8-4 and won the outback bowl over ohio st. It was the third best single-season turnaround in NCAA history. The third year he went 9-3 and beat Ohio St in the same bowl again. He had 3 average years after that but he resurrected that program and Spurrier has maintained and furthered the success since.

Holtz caught lightning in a bottle. Sure he had a couple decent years but when he left the program was barely in better shape than when he got there. His last year was the Clemson brawl...had no control over the team.

Though it was nice that he gave USC an appearance in the blind side
