no place online..the place is the actual service feeds that show when the parimutual pools close....so in effect the service SBR racebook uses for horses has that info..the person they buy it from or use it from can look it up race by race..ive had a race manager at BetTrojan (same software feed as SBR racebook) check a couple for me out of kindness for example over the years..a wager I was sure was on time turned out not to be on time..

the video feed clock is not what is used..its the official time from the parimutual pool closing..often the video feed clock on a site and the actual real world clock are not even correct (not exact)...so this is a clue but not the actual off time..

brisbet worthless shows off times rounded to nearest minute not seconds when the pools closed...

betislands uses a system that is tied to the actual off times of the pools so if they did not auto grade it, if it was accepted but not graded...its past post they system automatically does not grade winners or losers if past posted on that interface....

i ran into this problem the other day here at the sbr book. i had yonkers going off at 11:05 and my my bet was post at 11:05:09 so they voided it. I know the tracks will post the minute like this. if a track goes off at 10:15 then it could of been 10:15:59. They dont round up. Equibase is where i get but as you know its only minutes not seconds.

I don't know if it's really meant to be secretive. The official charts show the actual off time, not the listed post time, but only show it to the minute not the second and that's what gets used in grading.

the reason is: the time feed is not synchronized with the "racebook time".
that cause the bets are not autograde and is flagged as possible past posted,

Different tracks close there betting at different times. This can also vary from race to race within the same track. Some tracks used to not close until the race was actually off about 5 strides or so. It is so volatile with delays at the gate or equipment adjustment that most tracks will not close automatically , trying to get as much handle as possible.
With seconds being so random from clock to clock , that will always be a point of contention for both the player and the house.
