You're talking about Sulphur Springs. It's about 1.5 hours from Dallas, right off I-30. Not a hell of a lot to see here. Not much at all.

Definitely DO NOT got to Big Smith's BBQ. Place sucks. It literally was a dairy barn one week, and then became a bbq restaurant the next. People think it's neat because they have buckets of peanuts on the tables and you get to throw your shells right on the floor. The food sucks. I'm a BBQ connoisseur, and trust me, this is terrible BBQ. Not really any good places I would recommend to visit in SS. But if you come to town, let me know. We'll hook up for a beer.
