She cruised home. 5% for 1minute of wait.
$200 pesos are ok after a crushing day.

      Wait for her movie.

She came out sore in her last race. Gone for awhile.

Think they only ever planned one more run in Australia this year.

The less races down here the better anyway I think. Would like to see her win at least 2 top international races before challenging Zenyatta's mark.

The fields she beat in her last two weren't much. There was talk of a trip to ascot next summer. I'd love to see her go 6 1/2 down the hill at Santa Anita but that won't happen.

There is nothing good enough to compete with here down here anyway. Her closest competitor is injured.

Ya gotta love the way she wins still though.

Cannot wait for Black Cavair to come to Royal Ascot and take on some stiffer opposition.

The Aussie horses do not look that great - remember 5 invaders finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th in
this year's Melbourne Cup - so if Black Cavair came to Europe - it would stop the world as everyone
                  would watch its races.

I just hope we get a match race - Frankel v Black Cavair - can you just imagine the speed duel
between these 2 unbeaten horses - again - if this happened - it would stop all wars and conflicts for
about 3 minutes - while the race is on !

If you have not seen Frankel-stein ! watch and be in awe of him - this was in this year's 2,000 Guineas
                  over 1 mile - England's 1st classic of the season !

Sounds like a classic matchup singgoner!

My friend trains this horse! I've been talking about her in my tennis thread for months. Love her!!!!!

She was great in the beginning as far as betting goes... could get decent prices on her. A few of us would wait on texts from my friend in my thread and we'd go to town. Now she's unbackable ie $1.04 or whatever nonsense. She's a beauty though. And so lovely. I'm not one of those people who are naturally intune with horses. I actually get somewhat scared until I'm a bit sure they're not going to buck. But she has a lovely temperament. And the way she just keeps killing it all the way through is amazing.

I discovered Black Caviar because I'd won some $ on Hay List and was following him. So in his next race he's 5/2 against this filly and I was a unbelieving fool and played Hay list. Hay List is a big strong beautiful animal but this gal is 3 to 4 better.

Under the right conditions Hay List could beat her. Hay List is no joke.

As my kiwi wife likes to point out, Phar Lap was from New Zealand. (Ozzies.. ) Very tragic ending in the US.

That's pretty amazing. Not often that a legendary horse come around. Let alone the opportunity to meet her.

Hay List vs Black Caviar. ***'on man.. It was no contest.

Nah. Nov 19 was the race in Perth she was pulled out of.

AN English Summer is next for BC now.

Shari, Please ask your friend for a photo of Black Caviar for me. Pretty Please,...

After Black Caviars 10 or 11th victory. In a post race interview the jockey of lead horse was asked if he thought he had the race won when up by 3 lengths at top of the stretch and no Black Caviar in sight.

You could tell he thinking of saying something like "My horse was strong and had lots of energy left, yes I had a good feeling", but after a 3 second thought/pause, he replied "No, I heard the crowd. I knew she was coming and I was only racing for second."

However, she is not unbackable at $1.05. She still makes me money. I love those heavy chalk "superstar" horses.
