Garcia being bad, allows opposing defenses to stack the box to stop the run. Anyone would be better than Garcia at this point. That and South Carolina's O-line is not very good. That's why Lattimore has no real shot at the Heisman this year.

But who cares about the heisman its and individual award that means nothing... If I'm a Gamecock fan I would much rather my team win the SEC championship than Lattimore win Heisman

balance is a lot more important than carries. if a defense knows all they have to do is stop your passing game, or all they have to do is stop your running game- they have many more, far-easier options of how to play effectively.

Lattimore 17 carries for 37 yards long of 11 and 1 TD. Granted still 10 min's to go but definitely not a Heisman performance and there has been no Garcia. Hopefully he'll break a big one because I stupidly took SC.
