First, certain HD receivers were freezing last Sunday during the NFL games. Then, they did not televise the US Open Men's Final on my local CBS so I watched it online. Today, MLB Network decided to air a not so important TOR @ BOS game instead of PHILS @ HOU which had playoff implications. Damn, I don't mind watching part of the Red Sox game but when you see the Phillies about to clinch their playoff spot, at least switch over.

When you say HD receivers were freezing, do you mean you couldn't get HD or that the live game was f_ucking freezing? if its the latter DTV is bulls_hit!!!

NFL sunday ticket is the only way to watch football. If I can't be home for the game I can watch it on my phone.

seriously? phils clinching is the worst kept secret in baseball. if its that important then get the mlb extra innings package.

btw directv has no say in which games are broadcast.

Obviously we all knew it was going to happen at some point but it was happening/happened yesterday while Halladay was pitching a shutout. I'm just saying switch over and show the last two innings or something.

On one particular HD receiver it was freezing the whole system just by switching to an NFL game. It was a known issue last Sunday with Directv and I think they eventually got it fixed by halftime.

if they didnt have the ticket they would have 0 customers

When it drizzles you lose the feed

Sunday ticket I have no problem with...it's ESPN Gameplan and the fukked up blackout rules where you pay the $120 for the year but 'on certain weekends' you have to pay an additional $30 for ONE game that is blacked out on the package but they can show for the extra PPV fee. That's just wrong
