All players who have logged into the sportsbook at least one time have been credited. You need to log into the sportsbook a minimum of one-time in order to be able to claim winnings.

How to use the freeplay: Log into your SBR Sportsbook account, select a wager and on the wager confirmation screen, select "Use freeplay amount" (as shown below).

Edit by Lou: This signifies that these users are SBR Pro. SBR Pro members win double the listed prize. The only exception is if the user becomes Pro after making picks. The system checks each user's status at Tuesday of each week for the upcoming week, anyone who isn't listed as Pro that legitimately went Pro prior to making picks will be taken care of.

For those who are sending PMs etc: We are aware that some people are missing the 2x by their name. It's a problem with the script as John mentioned above. If you're a Pro you'll get the double points regardless if you have 2x showing or not. Just need to be patient while they sort it out, which they are doing now.
