I remember a lot of ppl had Toledo as a top play last year hosting Arizona and Toledo got beat 41-2. That was at home. Only other big name game they played was a 57-14 loss at Boise. Have they improved a lot since last year? Am I missing something? I understand Ohio St didn't look great in their 42-0 win and they have some controversy, but is Toledo really talented enough to hang with a top 15 team on the road?
