How Many Of You Guys Jumped On NFL Sunday Ticket For PS3?

Are these games available to be watched during the week? Like after they are over. Or is it only a live stream and down time the rest of the way?

Direct TV has 20-25 min versions of every sunday game on in the 700 channels on monday and tuesday I think it is. The games have EVERY play and none of the filler and very few replays. It's awesome.

NFL.com has a package where you can watch replays of every game about 30 mins after the games are done for 40 bux, 30 if you subscribed to the preseason package.

I'm not certain if direct tv is upgrading it's online offereings, but NFL.com's steams come out looking about 720p, maybe a bit below, but there is nothing other than netflix that comes close. Direct TV's offererings online are nice, but the vid quality is nowhere near the level nor the consistancy of the feed like NFL.com. Seems every year the same problems with direct tv's online feeds is the same. Some weeks games won't work and some weeks the redzone (DTV's with Andrew Siciliano, the #1 sports show on TV) channel doesn't work. It's really inconsistent and really a damn shame since it costs 50 bux for the online feed. I will say, however, having the DTV redzone channel going on the laptop while watching a game is fantastic. You never miss a big play or injury from any of the other games. I swear by DTV's redzone channel, but DTV's service itself is not as strong as NFL.coms, although you can't watch anything live with NFL.com other than thursday and sunday night games, and those are free on the web, anyway.

Real Fans go out to the bar to watch it or go to their buddies and drink and roll blunts. No fun watching it alone. The points is if you have friends odds are at least one has the ticket so why spend the money when you can use it to gamble ya feel me?

I'm good with Red Zone for only $5/month as part of the "Sports Package" on Comcast. Only need to see the scores if you ask me and RZ covers every score...

In reference to HBO/Showtime - just say your brother is getting it free and you want the same deal. Someone will get sick of hearing you complain and just give it to you. I currently pay for Basic HD but get premium's for free. A little pleading goes a long way.

In reference to Sunday Ticket - I want a fairy Deion Sanders to come grant it to me for free like the commercials. If I already had the PS3 I would do it but PS3 + the 340 is $590. $34 bucks a week isn't awful but that's alot of cash upfront for a college student who gambles to pay his meal and bar tabs.

I've been listening to games on the radio for years since I don't have Direct TV, but this year I will definitely have the package through ps3

I tried this strategy this year and they told me go ahead and cancel. It worked for me last year.
