Problems with BetOnline

I am thinking about making my first payout there and it is a decent sum of money. I look at there payout options and see they allow ****** which is what I always use. I talk to the guy on chat and he says nope we only offer ***, and ****. Call me crazy but I already get sketched out enough making deposits at a *** now walking out with two or three stacks not a chance I'll do that, or he said a check but the thing with a ****** is I would have to make two payout requests which the second one would cost a fee, and I hate dealing with foreign *****.

You guys have any other options for me or is there a chance the guy was just confused?

I used them one time When George was the book manager the guys was a complete ass.
He is gone I think things have gotten a little better they have huge roll overs and a lot of flimsy rules to go with it becarefull. Also ask about cost of cashing out and amts you can cash out get it in writing

I was thinking about making a book2book transfer but they say you need two payouts first. You think they would let me bypass that if I forked up a decent fee. Specifically relating this question to Bill.

They can transfer your balance to bookmaker and then bookmaker can get you a wire

Only way to avoid that possibility is to move to Canada. Judge the book on how often it happens and what they do when it does.

Well other than sub-par software, I haven't really had any problems with the book itself. Certainly easy to deposit, which is at a premium for American bettors these days.

That's what I thought till I tried them out. I've received all of my payouts fast. p2p took 2 hours, ******* took 3 days. Their CS is friendly and live chat is fast. They will be around awhile because they don't accept plastic for deposits and they are invite only after this football season.

Honestly, betonline is a terrible book. They say 24 hours to review and process a check payout, I submit it Sunday night... on Friday, I hear nothing about the payout, go to live chat and they say that that is normal, so I present them with the spot on their website where it says you will hear back about payout within 24 hours for review and processing, and they give me attitude.

They are like my back up back up back up back up back up book. I keep it open, but I doubt I'll ever deposit there again.

Good luck dude. The payout I did, it took them 8 business days to even take the money out of my account and process the request, and another 2 weeks to receive it in the mail. Had to have been at least 20-22 business days.

Thanks, Bill. I've said before how we've been working to find more reliable payment processors and we're getting there finally. Just turning on BANK WIRES again for up to $8500--should be on the site today.

Expect to see more improvements in other payout methods in the next week or two.
